The Crusaders Alumni of The Week is Peter Quenneville of the ECHL's Cincinnati Cyclones. In 4 Games from November 25th to December 1st Peter scored two Goals and added one Assist. The Edmonton, AB Native is in his first professional season with the Columbus Blue Jackets organization. In 17 Games, the former Crusader has three Goals and seven Assists with the Cyclones.
Quenneville spent two seasons with the Crusaders from 2010 to 2012 playing in 107 Games. In 2011-2012 Peter scored 31 Goals and added 50 Assists en route to winning the AJHL MVP title. The winner of the Alberta Old Time Hockey Players Trophy went on to play for the Dubuque Fighting Saints of the USHL, Quinnipiac University of the NCAA and the WHL's Brandon Wheat Kings. Peter was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the seventh round, 195th Overall, of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft.
