The Sherwood Park Crusaders would like to announce that they have traded Defenseman Connor Vermeulen (96) to the Drayton Valley Thunder in exchange for Defenseman Anthony Kapelke (95).
In 60 career AJHL games, Kapelke has 2 goals, 7 assists and 112 penalty minutes. The Edmonton, Alberta native has played 10 games this year for the Thunder, accumulating 1 goal, 2 assists and 25 penalty minutes.
“Kapelke will provide valuable minutes and bring a physical dimension to our defense.” Head Coach and GM Tim Fragle spoke of the transaction.
