Sherwood Park, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders have acquired Jarred White (1999) from the Fort McMurray Oil Barons. The acquisition completes the Brendan Stafford trade made on September 6th, 2018.
?We?re excited to have Jarred (White) as part of our organization,? said General Manager Kyle Chase. ?He?s a power forward who plays a 200-foot game, finishes every check, and competes at a high level every shift. He brings great leadership and tenacity, which will help us both on and off the ice.?
White, an Edmonton native, spent his entire junior hockey career with the Oil Barons, playing 132 regular season games for them in three seasons. During that time he scored 58 points (25 goals, 32 assists) and is coming off a career season where he scored 35 points (10 goals, 25 assists) in 57 games.

White was also teammates with Crusaders assistant captain Arjun Atwal with the South Side Athletic Club. The two of them one the AMMHL Championship with SSAC in their Minor Midget year.
