It was a great bounce-back victory for the Crusaders on Wednesday night, as they knockied off division rival Bonnyville Pontiacs 5-2. 20-year-olds Tyler Jette and Matt Berlin drew back into the lineup for the first time this season and made immediate impacts. Jette had three assists on the Crusaders first three goals and Berlin was as composed and airtight as ever between the pipes. Rookie Carter Savoie registered his first AJHL goal to go with a couple of assists on the night.
Next up, the Crusaders are on the road for a Friday night match against the Pontiacs. Fans can catch that game at Average Joe's Sports Bar with the game getting underway at 7:30 p.m.
