Sherwood Park Crusaders Goaltender Tommy Nixon has joined thousands others in the fight against ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. The goal of the challenge is to douse yourself with a bucket of water and ice and challenge 3 people. By issuing the challenge, the 3 people have 24 hours to do the challenge themselves or donate $100 to ALS research.
