Sherwood Park, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders have traded forward Tanner Fincaryk (01) to the Lloydminster Bobcats in exchange for future considerations.
“Tanner (Fincaryk) has been with us for three years, and we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for our organization,” said General Manager and Head Coach Adam Manah. “As a person, a hockey player and a leader, he wore his heart on his sleeve and bled green and white.”
Fincaryk joined the Crusaders three years ago from the Fort Saskatchewan U18 AAA program. The Calahoo, Alberta, native played a key role during two of the most successful seasons in the organization’s history. He played in 125 games for the Crusades, scoring 22 goals and 50 points.
“It was a tough move for us to make, but we know he will be able to have a great opportunity to play in Lloyd and be a big part of their leadership group,” continued Manah. “We wish him all the best moving to Lloyd.”
The Crusaders organization would like to thank Tanner and the Fincaryk for all the commitment and the support they’ve given to the team. And also like to wish him the best of luck with the Bobcats and the future.
