Crusaders Trade Scott to Canmore

Sherwood Park, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders have traded forward Vincent Scott (2002) to the Canmore Eagles in exchange for Future Considerations.

“(Vincent) Scott was a motor for us for the last two seasons,” said General Manager and Head Coach Adam Manah. “Always gave us everything he could with his work ethic, drive, and determination to become as good of a player as he could be.”

Scott joined the Crusaders two seasons ago from the CAC Canadians U18 AAA program. The Edmonton, Alberta, native played in 62 games for the Crusaders from 2019 to 2021. During his time in Sherwood Park, Scott scored nine goals and 18 points.

“He was a depth guy for us in his first year and really showed more confidence last year in the shortened season we had,” continued Manah. “He will get a great opportunity to play a lot in Canmore and continue to pursue his goal of an NCAA scholarship. We wish him all the best moving forward.”

The Crusaders organization would like to thank Vincent and the Scott family for all the commitment and the support they’ve given to the team. They would also like to wish him the best of luck with the Eagles and the future.
