The Sherwood Park Crusaders, after dropping their second contest in a row to the Grande Prairie Storm, close out their eight game road trip with a 4-1 win over the Whitecourt Wolverines.
While the Crusaders did fall behind at first with a goal from Tyler Mahan, the team did not give up and a quick response from Caelum Dick tied the game at one with his first in his AJHL career, and first of three points on the night. Bode Hagan also made his presence known, notching three points including the go ahead goal.
Gus Bylin was solid on the back end, making 24 of 25 saves in the win.
Sherwood Park now heads home for a trio of games, starting against the Wolverines on October 16th.
