Sherwood Park, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders are proud to announce the signing of forward Evan Arnold (2003) for the 2020-21 season.
Arnold, 16, joins the Crusaders from a strong Northern Alberta X-Treme program that finished 1st in the CSSHL with a 32-3-1 record.
?Evan is a very solid two-way player with a well-rounded game,? said General Manager Kyle Chase. ?He adds offence, physicality and can play in every area of the rink. We are excited to have him as part of our group moving forward.?
The 5?8, 174 lbs forward played in 16 games for NAX last season contributed with 7 goals and 22 points. He also dressed in two playoff games scoring three points and two goals before the season was cancelled. In 2019, Arnold was a member of the NAX Elite 15s who won the CSSHL E15 Championship. The Spruce Grove native finished second on the team in scoring with 52 points (17 goals, 35 assists) in 36 games.
The Crusaders would like to welcome Evan and his parents Alana and Darcy and the entire Arnold Family to Crusaders organization.
