Hart, White Jointly Capture Crusaders Most Improved Award

Sherwood Park Crusaders defenseman Connor Hart and forward Jarred White have been named the joint winners of the Crusaders Most Improved Player award for the 2019/2020 season.

Hart is coming off the back of his best season with the Cru, having scored 22 points (10G, 12A) in 47 games. This is almost three times higher than last season, where he had six points in 34 games.

White has become a key member of the team since he joined from the Fort McMurray Oil Barons in the offseason. The 20-year-old has played a major role in the team?s scoring, adding 65 (29G, 36A) points in 55 games. This points tally puts him fifth in the team?s scoring.

White, a native of Edmonton, Alta., has committed to play at the University of Alabama-Huntsville for the 2020/21 season.
