Scott Martin joins the Crusaders

Sherwood Park, AB: The Sherwood Park Crusaders are excited to welcome Scott Martin to the organization to oversee the team’s scouting department.

“Scott (Martin) was highly recommended to me, and after having multiple phone calls with him, it was very clear that Scott would be a great fit for the Crusaders,” said General Manager Adam Sergerie.

Martin is a Brooks, Alberta, native and joins the Crusaders with 45 years of experience in hockey. He has worked in the AJHL on two occasions and most recently with the Drumheller Dragons from 2016 to 2020. He also worked with the Brooks Bandits as a regional scout for five years.

“He’s got a great hockey mind with a track record of being able to recruit talented hockey players. We are all really excited to have him join the Crusaders,” continued Sergerie.

The Crusaders organization would like to welcome Scott, his wife Teresa and his two children Riley and Reese.
